Leslie Moonves /ˈmuːnvɛz/ is President and Chief Executive Officer of CBS Corporation. Moonves served as co-president and co-chief... operating officer of Viacom, Inc., the predecessor to CBS Corporation, from 2004 until the company split on December 31, 2005. Prior to that he had been in a series of executive positions for CBS since July 1995. He is also one of the Board of Directors at ZeniMax Media. Moonves was born in New York City and grew up in Valley Stream, New York. He attended Valley Stream Central High School and went to Bucknell University, graduating in 1971. In his sophomore year he realized he hated the sciences, so he switched his major to Spanish and acted in a few plays. Moonves had previous upper management experience early in his business career. He was in charge of first-run syndication and pay/cable programming at 20th Century Fox Television. Another position he held at 20th Century Fox Television was Vice President of movies and mini-series.

Erik Francis Schrody , better known by his stage name Everlast, is an American rapper and songwriter, known for his solo hit "What It's Like" and as... the front-man for rap group House of Pain. He is also part of the hip-hop supergroup La Coka Nostra, which consists of members of House of Pain and other rappers. In 2000, he won a Grammy for best Rock Performance by a Duo or Group with Vocal with Latin Rock musician Carlos Santana for "Put Your Lights On." Emerging as a member of the Rhyme Syndicate, Everlast's first solo album Forever Everlasting , largely made possible by MC Ice T, was a disappointment commercially. Following the album's failure, Everlast teamed up with DJ Lethal and high school friend Danny Boy to form House of Pain. The group was signed to Tommy Boy Records, and their eponymous debut album went multi-platinum, spawning the successful DJ Muggs produced single "Jump Around". This song was also remixed twice by Pete Rock, one version featuring a verse from him and one without. The album also featured Cypress Hill member, B-Real, on the song "Put Your Head Out".

Edward Fitzgerald Burns is an American actor, film producer, writer and director. Burns was born in Woodside, Queens, New York, the son of Molly , a... federal agency manager, and Edward J. Burns, a public relations spokesman and police officer. He was raised a Roman Catholic. Burns is the second of three children in an Irish American family. He was raised in Valley Stream, New York, on Long Island. He briefly attended Chaminade High School before transferring to Hewlett High School. After high school, Burns attended SUNY Oneonta and SUNY Albany, before earning a degree in English from Hunter College in 1992. Burns got his start in the film industry right after college as a production assistant on the Oliver Stone film, The Doors. While working as a gofer at Entertainment Tonight, he financed, produced, directed and starred in his first film The Brothers McMullen in his spare time, which was largely shot in his hometown of Valley Stream. Once he completed the film, he was able to get a copy to Robert Redford after an ET junket interview for Quiz Show at the Rhiga Royal Hotel in Manhattan.

Lawrence J. "Larry" Miller is an American actor, voice artist, comedian, podcaster, and columnist. Miller was born in Valley Stream, New York, and... attended Valley Stream South High School, graduating in 1971. He attended Amherst College. He is Jewish. His roles include the vindictive doorman on Seinfeld, as well as several characters in Christopher Guest's mockumentary movies. He has also appeared in Carry On Columbus, Suburban Commando, The Nutty Professor, Nutty Professor II: The Klumps, Max Keeble's Big Move, and Pretty Woman. He played Edwin Poole in the ABC dramedy Boston Legal. He played Michael Dobson in two different Law & Order episodes, first in the episode "Coma" and then later in "Encore". His performance in these episodes remain two of the most popular Law and Order episodes of all time. He was also in 8 Simple Rules for Dating My Teenage Daughter, where he played Tommy, Kyle's obnoxious father and Paul's colleague. He also played himself in a later episode of the same series. Additionally, he was the writer for the television shows Uncommon Sense , Just Words , and Pros & Cons .

Fred Armisen is a U.S. actor, comedian and musician best known for his work as a cast member on Saturday Night Live, and portraying off-color... foreign characters in various comedy films such as EuroTrip, Anchorman and Cop Out. With Carrie Brownstein, he is the cocreator and costar of the IFC sketch series Portlandia. Armisen was born in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, and moved to Manhattan, New York City as a baby. He was raised in Valley Stream, New York, on Long Island. His mother, Hildegardt, a school-teacher, is Venezuelan, and his father, who worked for I.B.M., is German and Japanese. He attended the School of Visual Arts before dropping out to begin a career as a rock drummer. He has mentioned watching the bands The Clash and Devo perform on television, and wanting to be a performer since he was a child. In 1984, Armisen played drums in a local band along with his high school friends in Valley Stream, New York, but the group ended soon after. Armisen began his career in 1988 when he moved from New York to Chicago to play drums for the punk rock band Trenchmouth. In the 1990s, he played background drums with the Blue Man Group in Chicago.

Peter Thomas Barton is an American actor. In the 1980s and 1990s, he starred in The Powers of Matthew Star, with Louis Gossett, Jr.; Burke's Law... with Gene Barry; and the soap opera Sunset Beach. Named one of the 10 sexiest guys in soaps by Playgirl, Barton is probably best known as Dr. Scott Grainger on the daytime drama The Young and the Restless. Originally from Valley Stream, Long Island, as a youngster, he was terrified of Cruella De Vil from One Hundred and One Dalmatians . He was a graduate of Valley Stream North High School, where he played soccer and wrestled. After graduation he attended Nassau Community College and was later accepted into St. John's University's medical school. But, just before signing up for classes, he got cold feet and instead decided to pursue a career in modeling and acting. Even though he had no formal acting training, in 1979 he starred as Bill Miller in the short-lived TV series, Shirley, starring Shirley Jones, Rosanna Arquette, and Tracey Gold. The show only ran for 13 episodes, but was great family entertainment.

Patricia Charbonneau is an American actress, probably best known for playing the part of Cay Rivvers in Desert Hearts, first film role. Her father,... a retired businessman, is French, her mother Austrian, she is the youngest of 10 children. Patricia Charbonneau was born in Valley Stream, New York on Long Island. She graduated in 1977 from Valley Stream Central High School, which she had attended with fellow actors Steve Buscemi and Steve Hytner, as well as writer Ed Renehan. She later attended Boston University as a theater major, which she left after a month. Charbonneau's talent, insistence and femininity made her an actress, it didn't seem to affect on her career. Charbonneau began on the New York stage in a production of RevengersA Tragedea, at Playwrights Horizons. She then went to Louisville, Kentucky, where she was a member of the Actors Theatre of Louisville. While there she originated the role of Lea in My Sister in this House, a part that she played off-Broadway as well. Charbonneau had not worked in films at all when Donna Deitch cast her in Desert Hearts in 1985.

Max Stern is a composer, critic, double-bassist, conductor and educator. He has created a rich genre of biblical compositions blending East and West... in contemporary and traditional genres. Sang in the synagogue as a boy. Began music in the public schools, playing tuba and contrabass in bands, orchestras, shows etc. In high school he studied contrabass with Frederick Zimmermann, , and participated in chamber music workshops led by the Budapest String Quartet at SUNY at Buffalo .
