Ms. McGarvie is President of Leadership for International Finance, LLC, a firm focusing on improving clients’ financial positions and providing... leadership seminars for corporate and academic groups, since January 2003. Her firm specializes in providing global perspectives to U.S. and multinational companies, primarily in the consumer goods, financial services, and knowledge-based industries. From 1999 through the end of 2002, Ms. McGarvie was the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at BIC Group, a leading manufacturer of convenient disposable products. Ms. McGarvie served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Hannaford Bros. Co., a food retailer, from 1994 to 1999. Ms. McGarvie is currently a director of Accenture Ltd. and The Pepsi Bottling Group, Inc. and as of April 12, 2007, will be a director of Viacom, Inc. and a member of their Audit Committee.

Ellen V. Futter is president of the American Museum of Natural History. She previously served as president of Barnard College for 13 years. Futter... was born in New York City and attended high school in Port Washington, New York. She spent two years at the University of Wisconsin–Madison before transferring to Barnard College, where she graduated Phi Beta Kappa magna cum laude in 1971. She was elected as a student representative to the Barnard's board of trustees in 1971 and was subsequently elected to full membership to complete the term of Arthur Goldberg, former Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States. Futter earned her J.D. from Columbia Law School in 1974. Futter began her career as an associate at the Wall Street law firm of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy, where she practiced corporate law. In 1980, Futter took a leave of absence from Milbank, Tweed to serve as Barnard's acting president for one year. At the end of that period, she was appointed president of the college and served in that capacity until 1993 when she joined the American Museum of Natural History.

Alan C. "Ace" Greenberg is a former Chairman of the Executive Committee of The Bear Stearns Companies, Inc. He began work at Bear Stearns in 1949 as... a clerk. He served as Chairman of the Board of Bear Stearns from 1985 to 2001, and as its CEO from 1978 to 1993. Greenberg serves also as a non-executive director of Viacom. He is the author of Memos from the Chairman, which is a compilation of memos he issued to the associates of Bear Stearns during his tenure as CEO. While serving as Chairman of the Executive Committee of Bear Stearns, Greenberg saw the collapse of the company in March 2008. He was subsequently involved in the talks with JPMorgan Chase, which bought out the failing company. Fortune reported that Greenberg agreed to join JPMC as vice chairman of Bear’s retail business. Greenberg is an avid bridge player, having won the Reisinger Board-a-Match Teams in 1977. In 1981, he won the Maccabiah Games teams bridge tournament and was second in the Reisinger later that year. In 1969, while a bridge neophyte, Greenberg hired fellow player James Cayne as a stockbroker at Bear Stearns.
