Robert Stevens "Steve" Miller, became executive chairman of Delphi Corporation on January 1, 2007. He was previously chairman and chief executive officer of Delphi Corporation. He also serves as chair of the Delphi Strategy Board, the company's top policy-making group, and Delphi's Board of Directors.
