Juggle.com, an online encyclopedia and reference guide, seeks an experienced Web analytics manager to assist in our company’s online marketing and growth through analysis of metrics. We are a young and vibrant company that is constantly expanding; become a part of the team at one of the most creative and innovative companies in the St. Louis Metro Area.
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for an analytically oriented individual who possesses immaculate attention to detail, not just someone who is comfortable with large volumes of complex data, but is eager to make sense of it using a clear problem-solving mentality. Above and beyond that, we want someone who will put in the thought and hours to help our online marketing campaign succeed. Running a successful campaign is not a simple 9-5 job, but we hope that you’ll find when the work is interesting enough, work and play don’t have to be mutually exclusive.
Your Skills and Responsibilities
As the Web analytics manager, you will be performing daily management of Web analytics and reporting, designing marketing metrics reports, and managing and/or administering web analytics tools. You should:
- Be comfortable developing custom reports, configuring website analytics platforms (WebTrends, Omniture, Coremetrics, Google Analytics, etc.), and providing analysis
- Have a strong understanding of Internet marketing business models
- Possess skills in the above-mentioned Web analytics tools as well as visual analysis tools like SAS and Tableau
- Have a practical understanding of:
- HTML
- JavaScript
- Flash
- Social Media and Social Bookmarking
- Have clear and concise written and oral communications skills
Strong understanding of organic search engine optimization is preferred but not required.
