Subrah S. Iyar is a leading technocrat, entrepreneur and Web conferencing pioneer of Indian origin. He is the founder and CEO of WebEx which has... recently merged with Cisco Systems. Subrah S. Iyar was born and brought up in Mumbai, in a Tamil family. He did his schooling in Mumbai and graduated from the Indian Institute of Technology. On completion of his graduation he moved to the US in 1982. He worked with Intel, Apple Inc., Quarterdeck, and Teleos Research prior to the establishment of WebEx. Iyar chose to take the path of an entrepreneur in 1996, when he founded WebEx in partnership with Min Zhu. The founding of the company by Subrah Iyar was fuelled by a new-found interest in web conferencing. Min Zhu, a Stanford-trained System Engineer had been struggling to develop a web-conferencing tool. Coincidentally, during this time, he befriended Subrah Iyar who was running Quarterdeck's research lab and the two formed a partnership. WebEx struggled to make a profit in its early days, largely because of low bandwidth.

Alfred R. Berkeley, III is an American businessman who served as President of NASDAQ Stock Market, Inc. from 1996 until 2000 and later Vice-Chairman... of the NASDAQ from 2000 to 2003. Currently, Berkeley is Vice Chairman of Gentag, Inc. Berkeley is also director of Realpage, Inc., Edgar Online, Inc. and ACI Worldwide, Incorporated. Berkeley earned a B.A. from the University of Virginia and received his M.B.A. from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Berkeley is Vice Chairman of Gentag, Inc., a developer of technology for near field communications. Formerly, Berkeley was Chairman of the Board of Pipeline Financial Group, Inc. the parent of [[[Pipeline Trading Systems LLC]], an equities and options trading system designed to hide the presence of large orders in the market. In October 2011, Pipeline reached a settlement with the Securities and Exchange Commission over allegations that a Pipeline affiliate called Milstream may have traded ahead of Pipeline customer orders without adequate disclosure. Mr. Berkeley agreed to pay the SEC $100,000 to settle the matter and he resigned from Pipeline as did another executive of the firm, Fred Federspiel.
