All Wiley X lenses block 400 nanometers or 100% of the sun's harmful UV rays. Each lens is made from pure shatterproof Selenite Polycarbonate and they surpass ANSI Z87.1 safety and ANSI Z80.3 optical standards. They are then formulated and die-cut to eliminate distortion providing the perfect optical clarity. The smoke (grey) lenses have the maximum glare reduction. They won t distort colors and are excellent in bright/glare conditions. Light transmission: 20.23%, 13.40%. The bronze brown lenses are superior for visual definition. They increase contrast and enhance ground level contours in most light conditions. Light transmission: 19.05 %. Made in Italy. Case included.
